FX Rack Live privacy

This privacy notice applies to the FX Rack Live macOS app. It supplements the general JV website privacy statement.
Data processed by the app
FX Rack Live does not require a JV account. Audio processing takes place on your Mac. The app stores its session information locally, including the audio-device choice, routing, plug-in configuration references and tempo settings needed to restore your rack.
Documents and plug-ins
Session documents are stored in the app container or in a location you choose through macOS. Audio Unit plug-ins run on your Mac and may have their own licensing, analytics or network behaviour. Consult the plug-in developer's privacy information for those components.
Information sent to JV
FX Rack Live does not send your audio, session, device or routing data to JV. If you contact support, JV processes the information you choose to include in your message so we can answer and troubleshoot the request.
Apple services
Purchases, downloads, updates and App Store diagnostics are handled by Apple under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. JV receives aggregated App Store reporting and does not receive your payment-card details.
Website access
When you visit the FX Rack Live website or support pages, the web server may record standard request information such as time, requested URL, browser details and IP address for security and operational diagnostics. No new advertising or cross-site tracking is introduced specifically for FX Rack Live.
